I am planning ahead for Dec when he needs to go Pri 1. I wish to send him to Henry Park but my current address is really too out... Our problem is we do not have enough cash on hand. Now, when the market is so good, every owner is asking for many "k" above valuation.. so seems like i have to shelf my idea for at least another 2-3 years <strong>We also know that the mkt is good but we really need to shift...since we are upgrading, we can still get the loan from HDB and before Ethyl goes pri 1, we need to settle down.
