This new recipe that I found made very light cupcakes. They were simple and the cakes were fluffy. Here, I will share this simple recipe to make a choco chip cupcakes.
Recipe:
150g unsalted butter – softened
150g castor sugar
175g self raising flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
50g chocolate chips
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C
Crack eggs into a cup and beat lightly
Place all ingredients in a large bowl or mixing bowl
Beat for 2 minutes or until mixture is light and creamy
mix choco chips in mixture
bake the cakes for 18 – 20 minutes.
* to have a lighter cake texture, sift flour before mixing the ingredients together.
